Default Posi track on a 1991 cheyenne

Hey guys wanting to make my 91 Chevy a posi track I herd u can take gears out of certain truck/car and put them in mine is this true? And how can I find out wat truck/car

Customarily there's a bit more to it than that.
Not that you'd actually buy from Amazon, but, you can do a lookup there, and see just what's available for your ride. Then, you might call a few Junk Yards and see if they have what you need.
