Default Possible Fuel System Problem

i have a 1993 chevy lumina z34. the problem is the car starts up and drives, but when i try and go over around say 4000rpms it stalls out and doesn't start for a few minutes or more. i have fuel in the tank, i put fuel system cleaner in, i checked the fuel pump relay and it clicks when i turn on the power, the fuel pump fuse is good, i cleaned the idle air control value to see if that was the problem but none of that seems to work. the only other thing left i can think of is the fuel pump is bad. Is there any other opinions of what may be wrong?

Thanks.
