Power window won't roll up/down

Default Power window won't roll up/down
Rear driver-side window won't go up/down. Heard motor working yesterday but window wouldn't budge. Today, no window movement and no motor noise. The window actually "fell' into the door today. Any ideas? '04 Suburban

Replace the window mechanism. Take off the panel and visually inspect.
