Default Problems with undercarriage making noise/service at GM-Chevy

Bear with me here, I'm new and at this point Chevy seems to be no help in explaining to me what is going on, so I'm looking for some advice from the internet.

I bought a 2016 Chevy Spark 3 months ago and it's been at the dealership in service for 6 days now. I noticed that whenever I would brake and hit under 20MPH the car would start to make clicking noises under the back tires. I took it into Chevy about a month ago and they could see nothing wrong with the car, so they told me they greased and put things back together and it temporarily stopped making the noise.
For about an hour.
It took me about 2 weeks to get back as life got crazy with graduating college and going on a trip, but I brought it back and they finally gave me an answer that took 2 days to get an answer for that came from a phone call from GM... they needed to replace my shoes and drums on the back wheels. Okay, I had to wait another 2 days for the parts to come in and an extra day to install them.
3 days later I go to pick up my car! Fabulous! My little green monster is back. I get in, start to drive off... and now it's making noise CONSTANTLY as I drive! (NOTE: not the same noise as before with the brakes that noise is gone)
I go back in and tell the tech we're going on a drive, I drive around parking lot and he says the noise sounds like the suspension is messed up. Great. So I give my car back and take back the rental, again.
2 days pass, and this morning I called and asked them what was going on after hearing NOTHING. Guy says the car is in perfect working order and they can't figure out the noise. Says he's gunna expedite some calls to GM. I'm super annoyed at this point, this is my first car I've EVER bought and it's been in the service department for a total of 2 weeks and I haven't even made my third payment on it.
I just get a call back, saying GM says that sometimes the Sparks 'get jumbled' and something in the car is making the noise, mentions they have the seats ripped out looking for the noise maker. I mention to him this isn't the same noise, so this is obviously an issue that arose while they were fixing the initial issue and probably not something installed in the car itself. I get another series of apologizes and told they're working as fast as possible to solve it. They even offered to let me take the car back since the noise isn't mechanical, or so they say. But the noise is louder than my engine (I know it's a 4 cylinder but come on... it shouldn't be that loud) and I don't feel comfortable hearing it while I drive.

Now, understandably, I'm a bit annoyed but mainly CONCERNED that after 2 weeks and 2 GM techs coming out to look at the thing no one can pin-point this noise issue and they're tearing my car apart on a daily basis.
Here's my question, at what point of this issue not being resolved can I tell them to get me a replacement car that isn't making this noise? I can't leave the state in the rental they gave me and I have job interviews in near-by states in the upcoming days and I just don't have the funds to rent a independent rental car.

I apologize if I'm coming off as catty or I don't know what I'm talking about, as I mentioned this is my first car, I got rid of my old Chevy Malibu (2001) for all the mechanical issues it started having, and now I'm back in a Malibu rental. I'm just at a loss since they don't have any good news to give me and I'm worried I spent all the time, money, and research on a dud.
I also am not asking advice for the specific model, I'm more -so seeking advice on getting results to get me back in the car I paid $16k for.

All wheel drive? Don't quote me on that.

you can search lemon laws for your state but you are not at the point where they will help you.
removing components is required to locate and track down noises.

leave the car with them and continue to drive the rental. Make them accommodate your need to drive out of state. Tell them straight up you will be driving out of state so make it work or provide you with a loaner. You should be dealing with the shop that sold you the car and who does all the service work...they will be more accommodating than a dealership that has never seen you.
