Exclamation Radiator fan stays on.

I have a problem with the radiator fan. When the temperature reaches 108C fan turns on but it doesn't turn off. The radiator becomes ice cold but the fan stays on. What is the reason for it?
Chevrolet Cruze 2013 1.4 turbo

When you shut it off, does the fan turn off, and stay off after an immediate restart?

When you shut it off, does the fan turn off, and stay off after an immediate restart? If you are showing 108C on temp gauge, the temp sensor is at fault.

Yes, when I shut it off fan also turns off. If I immediately restart it fan starts to work. But if I wait till it cools and then I restart the fan doesn't start.
Another interesting thing is that when I separate and connect the accumulator, it works normally but after 2 days the same problem occurs.
I asked local technicians and they told that: "It is normal that the fan stays on. It is cooling the turbo. It is the factory parameter"
But it doesn't seem alright to me.

Well You Dont Want Fans On All The Time Or They Will Burn Out....Coolant Temp Sensor Is Also Your Fan Switch...As They Lose Resistance Fans Come On Sooner Than Normal...OHM It Out...Good Ones Are Around 2k...Also Tap On Your Fan Relays...They Stick Sometimes...
