Rear Emblem removal on 08 Tahoe LTZ

I have a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. I want to remove the rear bowtie emblem. Does anyone know if there are any screw or post holes under emblem, or is it attached by adhesive only?

I believe all newer GM emblems are all taped on with the exception of the front grill emblem.
