Default reduce engine power. Please help.

I know this is very long, but in order to get help I thought context would help.
Okay as the title says I have a 2009 Chevy Malibu with about 241,000 miles on it. I have owned this car for about 150,000 of those miles and other than the head light issues it's been a good car up till now.
So a couple weeks ago my wife was going to work and about 3-5 miles from our house and the car shut down. The dash said something like reduce engin power and it wouldn't go more than a couple miles an hour. This had happened before and it was due to the oil being low. My step dad who is retired came to get her and bring her oil and when they checked sure enough the oil was not even showing on the stick. They filled it up took it to a Walmart parking lot close by and left it. When I got off work I went to get it and checked the oil myself and they had put way too much in so I took it to the Walmarts lube place and they drained it for me. They also discovered that the oil plug had been compromised and we put a new one in. The next day my wife gets to the parkway about 10-15 miles from home and same thing engin power reduced. I get off work go check it and nothing. Oil is fin all levels are fine. I start it get going on the parkway and maybe 30 seconds in bam same thing. So she gets towed home. I have a friend come over who is a mechanic at a local car dealer and of course he gets in to drive it and it's fine. So I take the battery out for a little bit and put it back in and drive it everyday around town. Just for a little bit maybe 10-30 min at the most. My wife was tired of borrowing my moms car and decides she is going to drive it again and guess what happens. She gets on the interstate this time about 15miles from the house and it happens again. Towed home and no idea. Now I just drive it around town after work.
I've had the codes run at my local auto parts place and I'll list them below.
At the top it has the ASE certified Master Tech most likely solution and that is replacing the Engin Control Module (ECM) I'm just going to write this as it reads.
Code P0010 indicates that the bank 1 intake camshaft position actuator electrical circuit had a fault lodged in the computer or was disconnected for a predetermined period of time.
Error codes read.
P0010 intake camshaft position (cmp) system performance
P0013 exhaust camshaft position (cmp) actuator solenoid control circuit
P0449 EVAP vent solenoid control circuit malfunction
P1516 throttle actuator control (tac) module throttle actuator position performance
That is the codes except that it repeats them 2 times in the same way. I'm not sure if that matters or not. There are suggested parts and maintenance. I can tell you those if you want. Please let me know any questions you may have. Thanks in advance for any help advice or otherwise.
