Default Reduced power, stabilitrak message on 2014 Chevy silverado

I purchased a certified pre owned Chevy Silverado on 9/5/16, and within a month I had 4 issues with reduced power and loss of steering controls in the vehicle WHILE driving. Researching on the internet shows that this is a valid issue and I can't find any resolution. It has been at the Chevy Service location where I live since 10/5 and they cannot "duplicate" the issue. What can be done? I fear for the safety of my family. While driving, especially when turning, the vehicles driving wheel resets position, power steering and brakes disable, radio resets, ac turns off etc. Only turning the car off completely and turning it back on temporarily remedy the situation.

Welcome to the club of those just as bewildered as you.
Generally, one only experiences the inability to get your ride over about 15mph.
Your other related problems are something I've not herd happening before, and may not be related directly to the Reduced Power situation. Though I do understand you've said they happen at the same time.
No, you won't be able to "duplicate" the problem. It's spontaneous and irregular in occurring. I've not herd of anyone being able to re-create it on demand. And the turn on/off to recover, seems to work for all.
This Site is replete with Threads related to the RP problem. You might do a search from the Main Page and do some reading. However, there have been SO many attempts with different procedures, I doubt if one could come up with a definitive resolution.
There seems to be one process which has weight in the repair effort...
Many times through the extensive discussions, refurbishing the Grounds on your ride seem to have a positive effect. ie: disassemble/clean thoroughly/retighten.
There are several Grounds about your ride, starting with the Battery Connections and they go from there.

Good Luck
