first of all thanks for you all being here and lending us your expertise I also am a "fair" auto mechanic so hopefully I can contribute something as well.

I need a wiring color code for my truck it is a 1996 chevrolet silverado 1500 extended cab 2wd. I am going to "try" to make all connections under steering colume so I am looking for wire colors for this ignition harness and possibly for the turn signal harness. I need

Park lights, ignition (purple if i remember correctly) neutral safety switch, and acessory+ also need to know if I have 1 or 2 accessory wires. I have done this berfore on 2 other vehicles just has been a very long time.

I have the basic concept just dont have the color codes and would hate to accidently probe the wrong wire and have to buy airbags...

also on another note I have a airbag code it is telling me that the discriminating sensor/circuit is missing or open ... anyone tell me where this may be so I can look further into it or maybe how to troubleshoot it.
