Default replace turn signal module on Chevelle

I have a 1967 Chevelle Malibu convertible 283 2 speed powerglide V8. I need to replace the turn signal module. How do I do this? When I turn the signal on, either left or right, the turn signal light comes on but does not blink.
Many thanks, Dootsey

I'd say it is the flasher. Look under the driver side floorboard for the fuse panel, the flasher will be the round silver looking thing. It is a capacitor, but what you describe sounds like that is the issue.

And assuming you have emergency flashers, you may have two similar looking flasher capacitors

I was going to add that, but I believe the e flasher was added after 1970, but could be two.
