replacing seal or bushing on transfer case tailshaft
-Make: 1500k chevy
-Model and Year Model: Silverado Z71 1990
-Drivetrain Layout: 4WD
-Engine Size: 5,7 350 (powerhouse 383 Stroker Kit)
-Body Style: Step-side, 2door
-1997 Front and rear differential, limited slip, 4:56 gears
-transmission: 700R4
-Transfercase: 1990 chevy with 1" drop down kit
-procomp 6" lift kit, 3" body lift
- 38" dick cepek Kevlar F-C tires
I have oil leaking out of my transfer case where my drive shaft goes into. What is this seal called? is there a bearing in there i need to change to? what is my best course of action to fix this myself? any help is greatly appreciated!
