S10 Blazer Surging and Cutting Out... HELP!
Hey everyone.
I'm new here and I'm having a serious issue with my truck.
Its a 1990 Blazer Sport with the 4.3L V6.
First, it cranks up and idles perfect. No noises, ticks, smoke, and you can rev it up to redline all day long.
When the truck is cold... say the first 2-3 minutes of driving its great, but then the magic happens.
It started out a couple of weeks ago just bogging down when I hit the gas, but the last two days under load its cutting out and I think I've even heard a backfire or 2. Pop in park or neutral, its great, drop it back in gear, its awful.
I've already done plugs, fuel, and air filter.
