SBC motor mount center pins loose.

I bought new center pins and motor mounts for my 86" sierra. When I insert the pin into the new mounts there is 1/32 ~ 1/16 of side to side play between the pin and the mount insert hole. Am I missing a bushing/insert or is this normal?
