Default Security Lights, and gauges don't work when it's cold

Only when the weather is cool my security light in my 04 Trailblazer stays on and my interior lights stay on. My radio will also cut off.?
My seat belt light, service engine, Service 4wd light, and other lights are on. My gauges will not work, besides the speedometer. The radio cuts on and off. Once the car warms up sometimes it will stop. When the weather is warm, the car does not do this.

It is a bad connection somewhere. Perhaps at the main connection to the instrument cluster.
