Silverado Dash Panel

i am restoring 91 silverado. my plans are for lt1 6.2 engine and auto trans. i would like to install a 2017- 18 silverado complete dash panel and instrurments and steering, is this feasible and what kind of work is involved. any metal fab that has to be done
