Default Silverado TBI mods

I have very basic knowledge of automotive mechanics first of all. I have a 1995 silverado 350 k1500 that i am trying to do basic power mods on. The things i have added so far are... long tube headers piped back true dual with no cats and 2 series 10 flowmasters. Then i have a 1" throttle body spacer and a k&n open element intake, And new spark plugs.

My question is now that ive changed the amount of air being sucked into the engine and the way the exhaust flows out do i have to/should i change the fuel to air ratio of my stock TBI. (Not buying a new TBI)
How would i go about doing this? Chip? Flashtune?
Any help would be appreciated.
