Default Simple (but important) fuel pump ?

2000 Chevy 1500 Silvarado 4×4 single cab 5.7

Fuel line from pump to in-line filter is shot. Looking to replace it with rubber fuel line. I can’t follow the line visually all the way through, so I’m looking to confirm which port that line comes from on the fuel pump. There are three ports on top of my fuel pump. They are labeled ‘F’,’ ‘19153694-02 + QR Code,’ and ‘R.’ I’m assuming ‘R’ is return; which one is the supply to my in-line filter, ‘F’ or the middle one with all the numbers?

Thank you.

Fuel Tank vent line to the carbon cannister would be my guess. You are welcome.
