Default Solid Axel is under way!!!!!!!!!

well yesterday i started taking the axels out of a 79 ford. im getting a dana 60 and a dana 44 both 4.10 gearing and ill be putting them under my 95 chevy. i also picked up a set of 35-14.5-16.5 tires called ground breakers..i'v never heard of them looks like a cross between a groundhawg and a super swamper i guess.. lol..anyway ill update this tread everynow and then

i will try too racer.. the next 2-3 days are gonna be nasty here ice snow sleet..everything... so it looks like ill be able to fully take them out next weekend.. and from there all i need is the OK to use the shop we are gonna work in..then from there.. plasma cutter in hand!!!!!!!!!! lol..anybody ever heard of cross over steering?

as for right now.. im gonna do it so i can clear 35s.... and when i got some extra cash im thinkin of re archin the leafs 8" or 10"..and on top of that i already got the 3" bodylift,it'll be big but not so big that i want turn all four pieces of rubber! theres a few trucks on youtube thats huge but not enough motor to turn the tires so im stickin with between 35" and 40" tires.. and ill eventually have to do somekind of hydro assist steer

This thread reminds me that I've had a dana 44 and 14 bolt both with 4.10 gears sitting in my pole barn for almost a year now. I'm basically doing the same thing...eventually.

damn since its been so cold..plus the 2" of ice and snow we got i aint had time to work on any of these except for today!..only thing holdin me up from actually gettin the axels to my house is the front steering is still hooked up..other then that its out!.. i can wait til i get the, to my house...im not reall sure why im exxcited to get them to my house...LOL but i am.. truck should be under construction very SOOOOOONNNNNNN
