1994 GMC K2500 350 5.7 L Regular Cab. My truck wont engage in 4wd. I replaced the actuator, light switch indicator have power now on the floor shifter.

 

i m not to familiar with the this generation. if it works like the 99 to 2014 try this
is the front driveshaft being turned by the tcase?
If yes, maybe the front axles are not being engaged
if no, the tcase is not engaging the front driveshaft....remove the encoder motor from the tcase and shift the tcase by hand....if it start turning the front driveshaft....you have an shift problem.
