Default Spewing water

I just put a 383 stroker in my T Bucket, under acceleration it blows water out of cap, cap is new 16# Radiator is 3 core 2 yrs old , themastat is working, no water in oil or oil in water, no leaking any where, previous motor was a 355” sbc no problems. Not that it matters but running Colorado hot rod 2x4 tunnel ram with 2 580 core Quick Fuel carbs..I’m new to the site but been around chevys since 1964,,I run out of ideas..HELP

Trying to eleminate this issue, have you run this with the heater on? Assuming it has a heater core, not electric heat.

no heater I’m in Fl . Motor doesn’t overheat runs between 165-180 ..
