Default Spindle ID tag "help"

Newbie here, I am looking to buy a set of spindles with complete drums and all hardware included ( ? 70 or 71 C10 ) for my 68 Chevrolet C10 LB 2WD 6 cyl. One of the spindles has a tag wrapped around the tie rod mounting end with the #'s KQ 3970910 on the tag, That's the only identification marks so far as they haven't been cleaned up yet, The #'s look like a GM # but not for sure. My truck has newer spindles & rotors with casting #'s on them, I guess older spindles don't have any casting #'s so that's why I am here so I can hopefully get some advice on this matter. Thanks in advance for any help, mjgord ( Marvin)
