Default Squeaking Noise (file attached)

2004 Tahoe LT 2WD 5.3Z

Can someone listen to this noise (attached) and give me advice?

I used an auto stethoscope and touched it to alternator, steering pump, water pump, AC Compressor, and only hear sound of fluid running or motor turning. No squeaks. I touched as many of the belt pulleys as i could access and nothing stood out as the source.

I sprayed belt conditioner on outside of belt and no change but when i sprayed inside of belt it git worse.

The noise is louder on the passenger side where water pump is located.
