I have a 2002 Chevy suburban that I'm having trouble starting. I turn the key and the dash went blank as if I had a dead battery. I can also hear a clicking noise coming from the dash that sounds like a relay. I cleaned the battery up and charged it and the same thing. before this happened there were no issues starting it

 

Loose or bad battery cables. Check both ends of the cables not just at the battery.
