Default starting problems after rebuild

I blew a head gasket a couple of weeks ago, changed the gaskets and the intake gaskets and so on.Got it all back together and I can't seem to get it started,it cranks and almost starts. But just can't get it rolling.I've tried all the normal checks and nothing.Any fresh ideas would be helpful. Thanks Darrin

Its next to impossible to do a diagnosis with little or no information. What kind of vehicle, motor size, year, injected or carborated and which type ignition system it has.
Wild guess would be the ignition timing. Try eliminating it being a fuel problem by directly feeding fuel into the intake in small amounts and preferably not while your cranking it (dangerous to do incase of backfire). Otherwize more info please.
