Default Steering for 1984 4wd

Hello, 1st tine on here so I hope I have this right. I have a 1984 k10 Chevy truck. I have replaced the power steering pump, steering gear box, lines and pitman arm and rod ends and still can't get this truck to turn like it should. Its like i have no power steering. Any info on this problem would be more than appreciated.
Thanks to anyone who can help, Homer.D

Default

other things that effect the power steering assist
#1 severely underinflated tires
#2 seized ball joints, steering shaft ujoints or steering linkage- jack both front wheels off the ground...engine off and turn the steering wheel...it should turn smoothly and easily.
#3 loose p/s belt

Thanks. Tires have good pressure, and belts are good. Will have to check ball joints, its the only things left i guess.
