Has anyone ever had issues with their SXM presets on their infotainment systems. I have a 2023 Silverado LTZ and the only presets that will save are my am/fm channels my SXM presets were faded. I could still save them but they would say unavailable and stay grayed out. Now they are not there at all.
I know people have had issues with the system shutting off and volume issues but it hasn’t done any of that. I have done the reset to the system and have had no success
Any Ideas?

Yes, it's a common problem. Try a hard reset by disconnecting your battery cables and touching them together for 30 seconds. If that doesn't work, the dealer likely needs to update your infotainment software.
