Default Stock 305ho

I have a 305 HO I’m putting into a Nissan hardbody. But when I took the heads off to assure the engine is in good shape I found some scaring on the top of one piston. All others are perfect and all side walls look good. So could I jsut leave it alone ? Or maybe sand the tap of the piston down so it’s not as rough?

i would either replace it or leave it alone. it looks as if something was bouncing around, how are the cylinder walls?
