Default Stock 73 454 safe rpm?

I have a basicly stock 454 in a 73 C20. At wot the TH400 shifts at 4000 -4200rpm. Would I be correct to assume that this engine would only be coming close to making peak power at this rpm and maybe have another 1000rpm left? I have a few parts being shipped out from Summit including shift recalibration kit. My question is assuming the cam is a low performance stock style cam ( I have broken foot from a car accident so cant pull it apart to meassure), anyone know the safe, resonable shift point for this setup?

Performer intake
Edelbrock 800 AVS
"Stock cam"
Will soon fit Hooker comp headers

Thanks, Steve

Comp cam stock replacement cam has a operating range of 600-4800rpm. I might just set it for 4500-4700rpm
