Default Sudden loss of A/C

Chevrolet
2004 Suburban
4WD K1500
Z71

My passenger rear tire blew out at 65mph on Interstate Sunday evening. The tire shredded and almost the entire tread came loose. It held on though and thrashed the rear fender well as well as the side of the vehicle before I could safely pull over and stop. The rear section of the fender well was damaged (broken apart) and the wiring "junction box" under the quarter panel took a beating knocking three of the four plugs loose. There was at least one wire damaged, but I repaired and plugged them back in. Tail lights seem a little squirrly and I dont think emrgancy blinkers are functioning.
All of that being said - once I changed the tire on the side of the road I noticed that the A/C is not working in either rear or main cabin of my suburban - that is to say - it has power and fam motor works - just no cool. Does anyone ever experienced this or have any thoughts/suggestions. Many thanks for you help.

Thanks Geo1
Yes - there was some action back there for sure. I did see a little bit of oil on the bottom of one of the freon lines under the quarter panel - but no apparent damage. Answer: Damage is always apparent. Guess Ill taker to the shop
