ok i just got a superchips tuner for my 2001 s10 4 door lx

and it doesnt work, i went through all the prompts on the unit and now it just beeps everytime i plug it into my truck and it says error on the unit, im not sure if the unit is vin locked or not

does any one know what could be wrong with the tuner

You might call the "superchips " 1-800 - help line.

 

If you bought the tuner from a dealer I would recommend returing it for a exchange.
