Swapping TBI for a Carb setup on a 89' 305..

Swapping TBI for a Carb setup on a 89' 305..
I have the 305 TBI but I don't have the computer or anything required for the TBI setup. So... I am planning on changing the ignition,intake manifold and the carb. Is there any other problems I might run into when doing this?
