Default Is there a way to tell if a transmission has been rebuilt

I bought a rebuilt transmission to put in my truck. I got the transmission home and noticed that the pans drain plug was stripped and rusted. So I tried to remove the plug with no luck. Removed the tranny pan and noticed there was still a little old tranny fluid in the tranny and the filter look old and like it needs replaced the tranny pan gasket also looks old does any one know a way to tell if it's rebuilt the tranny is still not in the truck and the pan is removed

New filter?

Plug

Fluid in tranny

Wiped out the pan
