Transmission whines like turbo charger or turbine engine on start up

I've been dealing with this issue wince 2009. its getting worse. condisation may have got in the fluid. It slips right before shifting.
But whats this noise coming from the tranmission and why does it transmit to my radio?

I've heard whining noises through the radio before but that's usually from the alternator, not the transmission.
