Default Truck won't start. HELP

I have a 91 Chevy 1500 5.7 and a week ago I was driving and the truck just dies on me and would not start back up. It will crank but that is it. Now I've replaced spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor. I'm getting fuel And I'm getting spark but the damn truck refuses to turn over. Any help would be greatly appreciated. As I am vehicleless and stumped and everyone I've talked to is as well.

What procedure did you use to determine that fuel and spark is present?

Fuel-sound and smell. Spark-put an old spark plug in the spark plug wire and put it to the frame and cranked it. On multiple wires.

Just because you have fuel pressure doesn`t rule out the fuel pump or filter. It might not be enough for minimum required pressure. Ur next step is to determine exactly how much. Pour about an ounce of gas down the throttle body and try to start is a good test. Be careful. I`m thinking you`ll soon know the price of a new pump.
