Question Unknown Chevy Bellhousing?

I have a plastic part that goes to a chevy which looks like a plastic bell housing cover, not sure if it is exactly a bell housing cover or what it is but I am posting here to ask what this part is exactly, what chevy model it goes to and if its worth anything.

Any help is much appreciated

Default Inspection Cover 6261688

If that inspection cover has part # 6261688 stamped in it, it is the cover that I need for my Chevy 350 in my 1970 Monte Carlo. The part number would be on the bottom of it very near that small oval weep hole. To purchase a brand new one it would be $45 +shipping. I'll give you $20.00 for it to be shipped to zip 60045. Miles
