Default vortec head bolts need sealant?

gettin ready to put heads back on the 'hoe (98 vortec motor). got new head bolts with loctite type compound on them already. i've heard there are a couple that need oil, and a couple that need rtv sealant. then i've heard not to put sealer or anything on them. what is the right way? i know the sequence, and torque spec, just need to know if sealant and/or oil is required on the bolts.

Pretty sue that if the bolts already have locktite on them, then the should be good to go.
