Default washer pump problem

2008 equinox 3.4
The washer pump dosnt work I checked for power and have power going into the pump so I removed pump and applyed 12volts and nothing, I replaced the pump today and it still dosnt pump I have power and fuses are good what would cause this?

2008 <NOBR style="COLOR: darkgreen; FONT-SIZE: 100%; FONT-WEIGHT: normal" id=itxt_nobr_0_0>equinox</NOBR> 3.4 fwd
The washer pump dosnt work I checked for <NOBR style="COLOR: darkgreen; FONT-SIZE: 100%; FONT-WEIGHT: normal" id=itxt_nobr_1_0>power</NOBR> and have power going into the pump so I removed pump and applyed 12volts and nothing, I replaced the pump today and it still dosnt pump I have power and fuses are good what would cause this? I did see a tsb about the washer pump filter causing low/no flow but would that cause the pump to not pump?

have you checked both pumps with straight battery power to make sure they work or not?

I don't know where you are located, but is it possible that your lines are frozen?

Theres only one pump but looks like in supplies front and rear, yes I applied battery voltage to the old pump and it didnt work.

Lines plugged? I usually just hot wire an aftermarket pump in. They put out WAY more liquid.
