Explain. I think I know what you are referring to. However what ever it is it I am sure does not work or all the car manufactures would use it.

water injection
i believe you are talking about water injection , it is a gimmick that's been around in lots of different incarnations for about the last 35 years .i tried it on a old 1970 chevelle and the only thing it did was burn all the carbon out of the engine and it started to burn oil afterwards .my ole man tried it also and he is meticulous on checking his mileage and it made no difference .

You can not produce enough hydrogen to make any energy. It is a gimmick and you run the risk of sucking the water into the engine. If it really worked GM, Ford, Dodge, Honda, etc............... would be all over it.

There are a couple other risks to worry about.
1. If you don't properly control the generated hydrogen very carefully, you can have an explosion, which could get real ugly if it sets off your gas, too.
2. Burning Hydrogen is going to cause your system to run hotter. It better be some very dramatic and dynamic fuel savings if it's going to start costing you engine components lost to heat damage.
As MDTAHOE said, if it were a viable system, Honda, GM, Ford,Nissan,Chrysler, and many others would be all over it.
