Default water in oil

i have a 2001 5.3 vortech. It has been sitting for about 2 weeks. before starting it i checked the oil & it was way over full & milkey, and my rad. reservoir was low. So i took all sparkplugs out & did a comp. check, all checked out low being155 & high 174. No water in cyclinders. I drained all oil and left drain plug out & refilled rad. res. It seems the water is getting in the oil pan even when it hasnt been running. Has anyone ever heard of this before? Where do i start looking?

Welcome to GM (got money?) You have a gasket leak (lower). I'd not drive it till it was fixed.
