Was told this is a chevy 305 roller rocker out of a 72 Monte ss but I've never seen anything with an injection system into the exhaust and a round rotor in the "distrubutor"unless it's poins and condenser and or cdi equipped and the right side if your looking from the flywheel forward has an exhaust port a very large on out the top looks like might be primitive forced induction so please anyone who knows what the hell is going on here let me know I'll send any pics or videos you need

apparently according to the guy who gave it to me its an 86 305 high output roller rocker with some sort of special rods that won't come apart for drag racing anybody ever heard of such a thing and how would I know

 

if you want to find out what is stock...goggle the casting numbers on the block.

 

Were because I have a number gm 5.0 LG on the back side of the block but all that gave me was a 305 block one thread I found said it could have 350 heads on it I don't know **** about car engines I'm a small engine guy sleds wheelers that kind of stuff
