Wheel and Offset Selection/Advice
Hello everyone, I need some serious help, any advice is appreciated. I have a stock 1996 Chevy Silverado. Looking to get some rims for it now, and lower it in about 2 months when I get some more cash together.
I'm gonna lower it 4" in the front, and 6" in the rear. I wan't 22" wheels. 24's are too big for the look I wan't, and 20's are too small. My issue is I have no idea what offset and width to go with that will give me proper clearance.
The wheels I wan't come in:
22x8.5 +40 offset
22x9.5 +18 offset
22x9.5 +15 offset
22x9.5 +30 offset
Will either one of these give me proper clearance? Should I run the 9.5" in the rear and 8.5" in the front? If they don't, which width and offset should I be looking for so I can find a rim with the design I wan't that will meet those requirements? If anybody has a similar setup, can you please post pictures and wheel dimensions to get a better idea?
Thank You!
