Default Window Crank Removal

Ok so take a paper clip, straighten it out and then at the end put a hook on the end of it. Push the door pannel back and then there is a washer type deal. Push that back too. Then take the hook you just made and then put it in sideways and turn it to hook the clip. Take a pair of pliers and yank the hook. Watch out cuz that clip flies out sometimes. Then you can pull the crank straight out. After you change the mirror, put the clip back on the crank and then push the crank onto the shaft.
