Windshield wipers don't work sometimes
2017 Chevy Spark 1LT - 3000 miles - randomly my windshield wipers won't turn on. But Chevy service says if they work when I bring the car in, there's nothing they can do for me. I live in Florida. It is the rainy season. I need my wipers to work. Any suggestions?
