XM Radio question

XM Radio question
I have a 2007 Silverado 1500 LTZ. When trying to use the channel scrole buttons on the steering wheel for my XM radio it always goes back to the regular radio stations.. is this normal? Any way to change this and have the up and down arrows scrole through the XM stations?

On my 07 Tahoe with the XM the up and down buttons only go to to my preset stations I have to use the forward button to advance to the next station that is not a preset... also make sure you have all your favorites tabs enabled
