Z71 front suspension troubleshooting

mu front left wheel fell off at about 5 miles an hour truck hit ground and slid maybe 10 feet. now when i drive [FRONT WHEEL WABBLES, CLICKING SOUND AND TROUBLE TURNING]??????

i fix everything myself just cant see obvious problem. ANY IDEAS
