the right side speakers are real low volume until the vehicle is 83 degrees then they work ok. Is there a way to access the rear of the radio without taking the center console apart as per the radio removal instructions. I just need to get my hand on the connector.

I wonder if you can remove the center console face plate then move the shifter to neutral. if this allows you to remove the radio face plate and heater controls the radio should come out.
