Default Jumped car and 20 codes being read HELP PLEASE

Ok I had to jump my car last night daughter left lights on. Jumped it the way I’m suppose to cause I learned last time about the power steering went out on me. Well thought all went well until I started it. It’s reading all kinds of codes I will list them below. I reset them all and pulled the fuse from battery and pulled the ECM fuses and waiting to see if any of them pop back on. Car runs fine and everything I don’t Understand. Is this normal after a jump that they have to be reset. Oh the I/m readiness shows one thing better too than before I reset everything. The EGR is good now when it wasn’t. I’ll also list what’s left on I’m readiness. I guess I’m pushing and wanting car done ASAP
codes are
P0601, P0700, P0602, P062F, P0706, P0717, P0722, P0741, P0751, P0752, P0756, P0757, P0842, P0843, P0974, P1816, P1818, P2534, P2764, U0100
i/m readiness reads red on
CAT, HCAT, EVAP, AIR, O2S, HRT.

WHAT CAN I DO OR JUST HOLD MY HORSES FOR A BIT TIL CHECK ENGINE COMES BACK ON?

when a battery slowly dies...modules don't shut down properly. disconnecting is different then having the voltage slowly die off. It will set numerous codes. All the I/m monitors will read not ready after you clear codes.
you won't be able to clear the ucode, b or c codes with a code reader...only p codes. clear what you can and continue on. Anything that is a real fault will reset.

So I did just that reset it all and thank god only 1 code came on. P0013. So gonna fix those two camshaft position actuator circuits and hope that does the trick unless something else is wrong.
