I am looking for a wheel for my '09 HHR it has the preferred equipment group plg, the chrome wi peeling off on of the wheels and I am trying to find another in a salvage yard, my wheels are 17 inch bright chrome with a grove in each of the 5 spokes. I am trying to find how to describe them to a salvage yard, I have already made 2 trips to yards only to be shown the non grooved wheels, is there any thing I can tell them when I call them. they are looking it up on their parts computer and coming up with the regular 5 spoke bright chrome wheel.

Are you referring to the AS079 17 inch HHR Wheel that's the second wheel down in the link?

These wheels sound a lot like the ones they have described so if this is the case then I would either write down the part number and provide it to the salvage yard or print out a picture of said wheels. If it's not the correct wheels then there are a few other HHR wheels featured on the site. One of them is most likely the set on your ride

that sure looks like them, the dealer here wanted almost 500 for the wheel, I will have to check these people out. Thank You
