My hhr's horn is beeping a lot!!!

hello everyone!!!

My chevy hhr's horn is beeping everytime when I lock the doors from the inside. Also it starts to beep when I turn off the engine to my car. Then for no reason at all, the horn will go off by itself!!!

Can anyone help me?

Welcome to the forum.

You may have a sticking panic button on your key fob that's triggering a vehicle locator horn chirp (three chirps accompanied by external lamps). Try taking the coin battery out of this one and then using the spare key fob.
