This is my first post here, so I'm sorry in advance if I mess up here.

My girlfriend has an 07 Impala. Everything is still stock. Her audio jack got messed up and I tried to replace it because I thought it was attached by wires.

I realized that it was soldered to the main board of the face plate, and soldered stuff if beyond my fixing capabilities.

I thought I'd try to see if there's anyway to replace the board, but I'm sure what to look for or where. And the numbers on the back of the board didn't yield any search results.

I attached the pic of the back of the board. The audio jack is on the bottom left (with the 4 solder points).

I appreciate any help.
